How much does a Maui luau cost?
Maui luaus are not cheap, but the prices are more similar than they look. The real differences are seating tier, table service and what is included.

What changes the total
Child tickets are discounted, with age bands that vary by luau. VIP or preferred seating typically adds a few dozen dollars per person and is worth it at the big luaus. Drinks are included at all four Ka'anapali luaus. Parking ranges from validated to about $5 at Myths of Maui, and Hawaii's general excise tax is part of the listed price. A family of four in preferred seats can pass $800.
Spending less, or more
The Gilligan's Island Luau in Kihei is the budget option at about $166, with a smaller cast. At the top end, the Feast at Mokapu in Wailea serves a plated meal to about 150 guests from $296. Or skip the luau: a sunset dinner cruise from Ka'anapali Beach costs about $180.
